RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Section 13 of the “Open Public Meeting Act”, Chapter 231, of Public Law 1975, requires that there be prepared, mailed, posted and distributed in accordance with the provisions thereof a schedule of the regular meetings to be held by the Planning Board of the Borough of Monmouth Beach, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, in the calendar year of 2026, and the reorganization/first meeting of 2027; and

WHEREAS, said schedule must state the location, time and date of each meeting:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Board of the Borough of Monmouth Beach that the location, time and dates of the regular meetings of said Planning Board be as follows:

1. All of said regular meetings shall be held at the Monmouth Beach Boro Hall, 22 Beach Road, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey, and each such meeting shall commence at 7:00 PM prevailing time, except as otherwise noted.

2. The dates of said regular meetings are as follows:

• January 6, 2026

• February 24, 2026

• March 24, 2026

• April 28, 2026

• May 26, 2026

• June 23, 2026

• July 28, 2026

• August 25, 2026

• September 22, 2026

• October 27, 2026

• November 24, 2026

• December 22, 2026

• January 6, 2027

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Planning Board of the Borough of Monmouth Beach is hereby directed to forthwith:

1. Post a true copy of the Resolution in a prominent place reserved for the purpose in the Borough Hall.

2. Transmit true copies thereof to the Asbury Park Press and The Two River Times.

3. Maintain a true copy thereof in the Borough Clerk’s Office.

4. Transmit true copies of said Resolution to such persons as may request the same pursuant to Section 14 of said Act.

I DO HEREBY CERTIFY the foregoing is a true copy of a RESOLUTION adopted by the Planning Board of the Borough of Monmouth Beach, New Jersey, on the 6th day of January 2026.
