Recreation Committee

ROLE

The Recreation Committee is responsible for planning, promoting, organizing, and administering recreational programs within the Borough for the benefit of the entire community. The Committee also advises the Mayor and Council on plans for improving public parks and playgrounds. In addition, it recommends rules and regulations governing the use, care, and maintenance of all recreational facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Committee advises the Mayor and Council on plans for improvements to public parks and playgrounds. Additionally, it recommends rules and regulations governing the public use, care, and maintenance of all recreation facilities.
