Please include the following items WITH EACH REQUEST when scheduling an inspection by phone or by email.
Your permit number:
Inspection address:
Type of inspection example: Building, Plumbing, Fire, Electric.
Inspection details example: Trench, Framing, Gas Pressure test, Smoke detector, finals etc.
Contact name and phone number for the inspection:
Request date: Must be a Tuesday or Thursday.
If your request date is not available we will schedule your for the next available inspection date.
Inspections are performed between the hours 3 PM and 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If the above information is not provided, your request will not be processed.
Please note: all future applications to the Borough of Monmouth Beach must have all applicant and contractor contact information included in the application. This info such as name, address with zip code, phone number, and email must be included. Applications without all information will be considered incomplete and denied and or returned to the applicant.
