NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Monmouth Beach held on January 28, 2026. The Ordinance was finally passed and adopted after a second reading and a public hearing that was held at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners on February 25, 2026.

AN ORDINANCE TO FIX THE SALARIES AND TERMS OF OFFICE IN SUCH CASES WHERE THE TERMS OF OFFICE ARE NOT FIXED BY STATUTE OF THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF MONMOUTH BEACH AND TO DEFINE THEIR DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE FIXED BY STATUTE OR OTHER ORDINANCE, ADOPTED THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, 1951, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
