Notice of Adoption of Ordinance #O-09-26

Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Monmouth Beach held on July 22, 2026. The Ordinance was finally passed and adopted after a second reading and a public hearing held thereon at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners on August 26, 2026.

An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 11, “Beaches, Dunes, Pavilion and Waterways,” Section 11-2, “Rules and Regulations; Fees,” Subsection 11-2.2, “Facility Fees, Beach Rates and Bathhouse Charges,” of the Revised General Ordinances of the Borough of Monmouth Beach to Amend the Fee Policy for Replacement Beach Badges
